Job Description:
The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and managing risks related to compliance. This role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain the company’s risk and compliance framework.
– Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
– Ensure all departments comply with relevant laws and regulations.
– Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
– Report on compliance risks to senior management and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a regulated industry.
– Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are preferred.
